Jason J. Henderson joined the Mackoff Kellogg Law Firm in 2009. Jason specializes in legal matters relating to real estate, commercial transactions, estate planning, oil and gas, and taxation. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree, summa cum laude, from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota; his Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law; and his Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Jason is licensed to practice law in the state of North Dakota, the United State District Court (District of North Dakota) and the United States Tax Court.
