Paul Ebeltoft joined Mackoff
Kellogg Law Firm in 1977. He concentrates his practice
in civil litigation for the defense. Paul is a highly
respected trial attorney and frequently acts as lead or
local counsel in significant litigation for regional and
national clients.
Also a trained mediator and arbitrator, Paul’s
background in alternative dispute resolution dates back
to its earliest use in North Dakota. He is skilled in
customizing mediation techniques to a variety of
litigation settings.
Outside of the law, Paul’s career highlights include:
- Working for the
United States Senate, particularly on legislation
for its Committee on Environment and Public Works.
- Recognition by the
North Dakota State Bar Association and the Defense
Research Institute for his leadership and
contributions to the administration of Justice
- Being a member for
seven years of the North Dakota State Board of
Higher Education, the entity that governs all
two-year, baccalaureate and doctoral degree granting
institutions in the state.
- Addressing state and
national audiences on critical issues in education.
- Working as an
Adjunct Assistant Professor of Business and
Management and as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of
Political Science at Dickinson State University.
- Being a popular
presenter of seminars to lawyers and business
leaders.
