A graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, Matthew Kolling joined Mackoff Kellogg Law Firm in 2003 upon returning to his hometown of Dickinson, North Dakota. He represents clients on a wide variety of legal matters, including real estate mortgage foreclosure, commercial litigation, insurance defense and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy. Matthew now serves as the City Attorney for the cities of Dickinson, Hettinger, Medora and Beach. He is also appointed as a Golden Valley County Assistant State’s Attorney. He is licensed to practice law in the states of North Dakota, Montana and Minnesota.
