Since teaming up with Mackoff Kellogg Law Firm in 1990, Chuck has provided prompt, efficient legal service to clients in various practice areas including real property law, commercial law and creditors’ rights, as well as estate planning and probate. Chuck Peterson has been providing advice and counsel to mortgage lenders and mortgage servicers on foreclosure and bankruptcy matters in Montana and North Dakota since 1987.

Chuck has served as the Golden Valley County States Attorney since 1987. He is active in a number of professional organizations, including being a charter member of the U.S. Foreclosure Network. He has served on the Disciplinary Board of the North Dakota Supreme Court and currently serves on the North Dakota Supreme Court Services Administration Committee.
