Since joining Mackoff Kellogg Law Firm in 1993, Randall Sickler has been active in representing individuals and businesses in litigation. His practice has focused on defending clients on a broad range of issues, including those related to business, insurance, products liability, medical malpractice, construction and personal injuries. He also has a particular interest in creditors' rights, regularly representing mortgage and finance companies, banks and other businesses in the collections of debts.

Randall is active in professional memberships and in his community. He  recently completed a four-year term as the State Representative for the Defense Research Institute as well as a term as president of the North Dakota Defense Lawyers Association. He is a past president of the Southwest Judicial District Bar Association and served a two-year term on the Board of Governors for the State Bar Association of North Dakota. In addition, Randall enjoys serving on the boards of non-profit organizations in his community.
